Our Vision
Our vision at Rahma Health is to heal our world by filling family life with love, joy, respect and health.

Rahma Health is a global charity supporting families to experience the magic, tenderness and transformation of a child’s first five years of life. We believe these early years shape the emotional, physical and relational foundations of a human being, and that every family—regardless of language, migration status, or circumstance—deserves access to high-quality, culturally safe health and parenting information.

Through world-class healthcare knowledge, a community-led approach, and the power of technology, we aim to help families across the world live fulfilled, healthy and connected lives.
Our Long-Term Ambition
In the next 10 years, our ambition is for every child in the world to have the best possible start to life through access to high-quality health and parenting information in every language. We imagine a world where every family knows how to support their child’s physical health, understands their child’s emotional world, and feels confident in offering consistent, unconditional love.
We see this as a global equity issue. Every parent wants to do their best for their child, but not every parent has access to trusted, culturally appropriate information. Rahma exists to close that gap.

What We Do
Rahma Health works at the intersection of healthcare, education and community. We partner with leading organisations including the Raising Children Network and the Royal Women’s Hospital to develop evidence-based, culturally safe resources that can reach families where they are.
Some of our most important work includes:
Partners and Community:
Rahma Health collaborates with respected healthcare and research organisations including the Royal Women’s Hospital, the Raising Children Network, University Hospital Sharjah, the Iraqi Ministry of Health and Rotunda Hospital Ireland. This ensures that our content is grounded in evidence and reaches the communities we love.
We are a community-led organisation shaped by lived experience, clinical expertise and a shared commitment to healing intergenerational cycles of trauma and strengthening family bonds.
